Are you falling for a guy? Find out how to make a guy like you by making him want you, without ever revealing that you like him in the first place. By Sarah Summer

how to make a guy like you

Are you falling more in love with a guy at your workplace or at college?

What are you doing about it?

Most girls try making it obvious that they like a guy.

But is that the easiest way?

Taking a leap of faith when it comes to getting a guy to want you may be worth the effort.

But nothing beats making a guy you like fall head over heels in love with you without ever mentioning that you like him in the first place.

[Read: How to get a guy to notice you and fall for you]

How to make a guy like you

When a guy starts to like a girl at first sight, it’s not because of her personality or her sweet behavior.

Almost always, it’s because of the way she looks and behaves.

You don’t need to be a perfect 10 to hook any guy you like.

You just need to believe you’re the perfect 10.

Behave like you’re better than any other girl, and chances are, he’ll be convinced of that too.

How to make a guy want you in 12 steps

If you’re wondering how to make a guy like you, just use these 12 steps to play a safe and easy game that’ll be fun and flirty all the way.

#1 Dress well and look great. Guys fall for appearances more than anything else. While guys also do fall in love with a platonic friend after several interactions based on the personality, they almost always make up their mind about a girl’s level of attractiveness in the first few interactions.

Dress well in attire that accentuates your better side, feel confident about yourself and don’t feel negative about yourself. The way you perceive yourself has a lot of impact on how others perceive you. [Read: 20 circumstances when a guy will never like you back]

#2 Make his friends fancy you. If his friends think you’re hot stuff, the guy you like will believe you’re hot stuff too. If you know a few of his friends well, be warm and fun when you’re talking to them. If they think you’re a great girl, they’ll have a lot of conversations about you. And the guy you like will actually end up with a positive impression of you even if you haven’t been interacting with him.

#3 Don’t be lonely. Instead, be popular and liked by everyone. When you’re one of the popular girls around, you’ll seem like a bigger catch because so many people like you and think you’re sweet. [Read: How to be loved by everyone]

#4 Seem difficult to get to everyone else but him. Glance at him discreetly now and then. And when you’re walking past him, look at him and flash a small smile discreetly. Be discreet about your affections for him. Even his friends shouldn’t know that you smile at him or exchange glances with him now and then.

If he ever does tell his friends about the flirty eye contact he makes with you, his friends would probably not believe him because they see no visible flirty signs from you. By doing this, you’ll make the guy you like want your attention even more badly because he’s not sure you like him yet. [Read: How to get a guy’s attention in any circumstance]

#5 Don’t make the first move. Once you get to know him, don’t run up to him to say hi. Be warm and friendly when you speak to him, but don’t initiate a conversation by walking up to him, at least at the beginning of the friendship. Make him come up to you, and let him always feel like he’s making the move to impress you, and not the other way around.

#6 Be cute and flirty. Guys love a girl who knows to be feminine and graceful. Be cute in your behavior and in everything else you do, and you’ll get his attention and affection in no time. [Read: 25 ways to be really cute and melt a guy’s heart]

#7 Make him crave for you sexually. This is sneaky, but something that always works. Look for ways to build the sexual tension between the both of you. If you’re standing close to him, find a way to let him graze his hands against you. Bump into him *accidentally* and make sure your boobs brush his arm. Or bend low to pick something up in front of him so he gets an eyeful. Be discreet, but hook him with your womanly powers! [Read: 10 ways to seduce a guy you like into desiring you]

#8 Leave him halfway through a conversation. For a guy, it’s always nice to date a girl who’s easily available. But after a few conversations, the guy may lose interest in trying to impress you or getting you to stay longer. Every now and then, excuse yourself from the conversation just when it’s getting interesting and walk away. Leave him when he’s excited to talk to you so he can feel the disappointment of not having you around. When you make him miss you, you’ll make him get attracted to you.

Always leave him wanting more. But leave him with a very flirty smile or a cute I’ll-miss-you wink that’ll leave him thinking of you for a long time after you’re gone.

#9 Don’t make it obvious that you like him. Never acknowledge that you like him, not at least until he says he likes you first. Talk to him, flirt with him, compliment him but shy away from telling him that you’re falling for him. Always make it appear like he likes you when he flirts back with you. Even if he asks you whether you like him, deny it.

It may seem like you’re playing too hard, but you’re only making him fall harder for you. [Read: The right way to play hard to get with a guy]

#10 Have happy conversations with other guys. Guys like competition. Talk to other guys now and then and have a flirty laugh too. By doing that, you’re making him realize that there are other guys who want your attention too. He may not approach you when you’re with another guy, but he’ll constantly look for opportunities to talk to you when you’re alone. That’ll make him spend a lot of his time plotting ways to get you alone.

#11 Let him find you often by yourself. As popular as you may be, make sure you’re by yourself when you see a potential chance to bump into him. Even if you’re with your friends when you’re expecting him to walk by you, excuse yourself to be by yourself. He’ll be excited to get some alone time with you. [Read: How to talk to a guy and make him like you]

#12 Make him ask you out. Play hard to get, but always make him feel like you have a special spot for him in your heart. Be really nice to him when you’re with him and talk to him like you’re already in love with him. But never say it out loud. He’ll love the attention he’s getting, and yet fear the competition when you’re with other guys. It’ll make him work hard to win you over.

And when you feel like he’s interested in you and wants to be with you, look for sneaky ways to get him to ask you out.

[Read: 9 sneaky ways to get a guy to ask you out]

It’s easy to get a guy’s attention and make him like you. Just as long as you remember to play it safe, slow and cautious while using these 12 tips on how to make a guy like you by making him want you.

So I have a bit of a situation that I’m hoping for some advice with.
I’m in love with this guy. The history is this. I was always attracted to him and when I saw him out sparks flew for me. The thing was I was in a relationship at the time. It was just a crush. Once I broke up with my boyfriend, I saw this guy out at a party and realized how intense this attraction was. It was physical yes, but it was everything. I was so drawn to him in every way.

I was pretty bold to him (i now know that was stupid) and asked him to hangout. Long story short, we started hanging out and it turned sexual within the first few meetings. He also was a virgin and never even kissed a girl, so it was sooo new to him. I told myself that it could be fun to just go with whatever i wanted in the moment and I wanted him so i just went along with whatever.

After several months of a really great physical relationship and I thought we were getting closer emotionally too (he actually said he loved me at one point) he started to pull away. After many confusing conversations and situations he started telling me he worries that it’s just physical for him and that he doesn’t feel anything more.

He moved away now, but I’m still crazy about him. I finally told him that it was a mistake that we moved so quickly and that it wasn’t like me at all to do that. I said I just got caught up in the moment and I thought i loved you, but I think I was just caught up in what we were doing. I told him I wanted to still be friends.

After that, he said he was shocked and that this girl seemed different than the girl he used to know. He said we can still be friends but he doesn’t know how he will ever get over his desire for me sexually because it’s so strong.

I told him not to worry about that, because eventually it will fade out and most importantly i told him I WOULD NEVER allow another physical encounter between us again. I’ve never said that. I’ve always been very available to him. I made it clear how much i regretted it, but how much i respected him still as a person.

Currently, I text him every now and then in a purely platonic manner. However, I’m in love with him. Is there a way to make him fall in love with me even after all the physical stuff and after he’s already convinced himself that he’s “in-lust” with me and not in-love??? The thing is I know he’s worth it and he’s a great guy. But, it was completely my fault for being so careless sexually and just allowing everything to happen so quickly and didn’t make him chase me at all.

    Thanks :)

I really like this guy but he works with my brother and cousin. he seemed interested in me before my cousin told him to be careful with me. now he’s pulling away and sending me mixed signals. he likes me but scared what if something happens he keeps saying. he won’t take a chance on me. What do I do to change his mind? I’m always the one who texts him first and he never wants to hang out.

WOW. Clearly written by a woman who thinks men think like women.
    1) If you are flirting with other guys THAT IS A TURN OFF! seriously, the science is in. Personally I’ve never seen a guy react that way and I’ve talked to women who’ve had a guy interested in them just walk off (or even go so far as to say they don’t date sluts, etc.) because of this stupidity.
YES girls are attracted to guys who get attention from other girls, but NOT the reverse. It’s one place where the genders are just the opposite of each other. There are good reasons, based in evolutionary psychology, that explain this.

2)If a guy says he likes you and you say you don’t he now feels friend zoned and assumes barring miracle it’s over. Unless he’s desperate for you he’s not really going to try without you bluntly telling him otherwise. Do you really want to start with a new guy by being lying, in a way that pushes him away.
So ditch Nine and Ten, they’re BAD BAD advice.
Also “hard to get” is a bad idea. Not being needy/desperate, and going slow enough to sure is good, but actively avoiding him and otherwise running hot/cold for no good reason is how you push a man away or sting him along and leave him wondering if it’s worth the effort. All three together if they don’t send him away will alway have him wondering if he’s one many or if you’re just a confused child masquerading as a woman.

Hi, there is a guy that I really like, not like but love him son much, I knew him at church, he doesn’t know me at all. I have been known him for more than two years, so my friend suggests that I have to make the first move because he doesn’t know me, so i called him on his birthday and wished him a happy birthday. He asked me how do I know him, I said church. He was really nice, and I asked him if I can text him and he said yes. So the next day it was thanksgiving, I sent a message and he never replied back. However, on Monday I told my friend what happened, she told me to give him a call again. I called him and he said he is in a meeting and he will call me back, which he never did. So when i went to the church and I saw him, he kept looking for to see who is that girl that called. Moreover he knew me the next week, so he kept looking but I didn’t give him attention, because of what he didn’t call back. So there comes my friends wedding, and he also saw me, he kept looking, and still I didn’t give him attention. So when I didn’t give him attention every week when we saw each other, I felt that he is interesting. I really like him, and I don’t what to do, I mean I can’t forget him. I looked at him this last week at church and he looked back. So all he does is looking. I don’t know if he just playing with me, It’s been 7 months since the day he said he is going to call me. I really need help.
